1. In-Store Purchases

Change of Mind: We accept returns for non-faulty items within 3 days of purchase when accompanied by a valid receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Faulty or Damaged Goods: If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement, or refund. Please report issues within 30 days.

2. Online Purchases (Website, Amazon, eBay, Social Media Orders)

Right to Cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel and return your order within 3 days of delivery, without giving any reason.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or collection as appropriate.

We reserve the right to deduct for diminished value if returned goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
6. Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations or returns for custom-made or special-order furniture unless it is faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
